Always our kids favourite. Too easy!
- 1 silverside pot roast
- 2 -3 litres ginger beer
- All you do is put your silverside in the pot pour you ginger beer over till its completely covering the roast and then cook on stove or campfire.
- Let it simmer covered for 2-4 hours
- Serve with vegetables i.e. carrots or mashed potato vegetables, and mustard or horseradish sauce
